If H4 with EAD has formed Corporation and LLC and is working for the company (drawing salary). Corporation has filed concurrent H1B for spouse and if Spouse loses primary first H1B job, what happens with H4 EAD owned companies?
Can spouse still continue to work on concurrent H1B for LLC while searching for another H1B job? Can H4 EAD continue to work for own companies when Spouse has lost his first H1B job?
