HI Rajiv, Could you please guide me on my current ask.
I am having a h1b visa and currently working as a permanent employee.
My wife, having valid H4 EAD until 2025 and it be extended, She wants to start LLC on behalf of her name .
Few concerns:
1. Does it impact my H1b in future and GC processing
2. Are there any issues for travelling India and visa stamping
