H4 EAD - Am I eligible to work

Dear Sir/Madam, My spouse applied for H1 and got approved. Later, I have applied for H4 and H4 EAD extension together. My i-94 is getting expired on 10th Dec, 2024. I am waiting for my h4 and h4 ead approval. If I receive my H4 approval after i-94 expiry, am I eligible for automatic EAD extension. Am I eligible to work if I receive my H4 approval after 10th Dec, 2024 (i,e after i-94 expiry). Please share your thoughts.

Yes, I believe you are authorized to work after you get your new I-94. But you are not authorized to work between when your I-94 expires and when you get your new I-94.
