H4-Divorce

I'm going through divorce.I have applied for change of status to F1.F1 processing is pending.My divorce might come through soon.So while my F1 is pending if my divorce comes my H4 stands revoked.I'm also applying for H1.But I might get H1 only in October.So while my F1 and H1 visa processing is pending what should I do.I was advised to apply for interim tourist visa.Can you please tell me where to find information about the interim tourist visa.The documents I need to provide for this and the time within which I will get this visa

All these are change of status cases. You can only file one change of status case at a time.
You cannot change to a B visa from any other visa. Was your H1 filed before feb 17? You can convert it to a premium processing case and after H1 approval withdraw F1 petition.
