My Daughter had a H4 Visa valid until Dec 2003.
She got the dependant visa when she just got to be 21.
Now shes older than 21 but was studying in college under dependant visa.
The new filing to extend visa for H4 was rejected due to age factor since she is no more a dependant.
Is she out of status ?
Does she need to go to India for getting a new F1 ?
Will she be approved or rejected due to being out of status ?
Wht is the date for considering the out of status ?
