H4 Copy missing during RFE. - NSC.

Hi, I am in 485 review State. I received RFE from NSC. My wife was on F1 till june 2000. We applied for H4 thru my company in April 2000. Now INS asks for H4 copy. Which I don\'t have. We got EAD in Sep2000. So, like to know how to handle this. Thankyou in advance...

Hi,I filed 539 (change request from F1 to H4) thru my company\'s legal team. Unfortunately they don\'t have receipt number or the copy.

I received a document for the change from f1 to H4 and it was having the period from 05/22/00 thru 08/15/01. But I don\'t have any reference numbers or this copy.

Birth Certificate for 485 processing

Hi,

We have filed for our 485 and got our EAD cards last year. We received a letter from INS to provide documents supporting the proof of our birth and parentage and also provide translation. The information on my BC was in an Indian language and on my husband\'s BC when the municipality issued the BC, his name was left as a blank. Are we going to have any problems because of that? Can anyone let us know what to do?
