I was wondering if anyone knows any updates on America's Children Act which is aimed at documented dreamers?
We came to America on H1B with our 5 year old and 7 month old children. Now they are 16 and 12 years old.
With EB2 backlogs our priority date is stuck, November 2015.
option to switch to F1 means that eventually they have to apply for their own H1.
it seemed very promising when this bill was introduced but has not been passed yet.
