Dear Friends,
I am from India and my wife is a Malaysia citizen. I am planning to get my H1B stamp in Mumbai.
However, since getting an appointment takes longer in Mumbai, my wife plans to apply for H4 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Is that okay ? Can she apply for H4 in Malaysia even if my H1B stamp is from Mumbai ?
I would greatly appreciate if someone could help me on this.
