I have been with this company for 2 years by now. In July the company was waiting for the funding so they applied the hourly H1B for me(amendement ). Now I am back to full time again. But the new H1B approval hasnot yet come.
I am getting married in December.The lawer said I can use the old H1B approval notice to apply for the H4 if the new approval doesn't comeby that time. And he said if I get the new approval by the time I apply for H4 then I will have to use the new approval letter. does anyone know about this ? I am sure expert Jaxan can help me.
