Do u see any issues for I140 and 485 filing for labour substitution when the candidate is on h4 visa?The lawyer approves the existing labour certification and the cadidates profile as exactly matching.
The cancidate is on H4 and not H1. And he has got a labur substitution.The company wants to file for his I140-485 on future employment. Do u see any issues?
