H4 and Health Insurance

Hello everybody,

I´m concerned about the H4 limitations. I was trying to apply for health insurance for my wife but they said she needs a SSN in order to apply for it. What do you guys think about that?..I mean she can not be uninsured, we tried Blue Cross Blue Shield of the Carolinas.

Any help will be appreciated thanks in advance,

Get ITIN from IRS. You need this anyways to file taxes.
Use the ITIN for Health insurance.
