H4 and EAD

Hi..

I am on H4.
(1) Is there a possibility of applying for a EAD?
(2) Are there any exemption where an H4 visa holder can apply for employment authorisation?
(3) What are the general options/process of obtaining work authorisation apart from H1B (as it is exhausted)?

H4 won't be able to EAD unless they filed immigration petition.

You may apply for H1 through employers who are exempt from H1 cap filing

2) there is no exemption.
3) It's not easy unless you are qualified for L1. J1 is very tough nowaday as USCIS knows H1 got exhausted and a lot of people looking at J1 for alternatives.
