I have a question regarding applying for H4. I have applied for H4, when my husband was in company A. Now he is moving to another company B and he is applying for H1B Transfer. Now, I was told that it is not necessary to file for my H4 along with Spouse H1B Transfer, since it is valid till 2006 and that H4 is tied with Spouse's H1B validity, not to a company. Has anyone been in this situation. Can someone, who have gone through this, please validate this.
