H4/485 Approval

Gurus,
I got married while my 485 is pending. My wife entered into USA on her H4, and now after her entry my case has been approved. I haven't applied her 485 yet, what kind of problems I would have if I apply for her 485 as marriage date and entry date is prior to approval date?

As long as your marriage date is before your I485 approval date, you are safe.

Talk to the good immigration lawyer, and file for her I485
ASAP.

I would agree with ssp and also with Rajesh.

You are covered since your marriage date(I assume) is before your approval date.
And yes your wife is out of status also since the H1 is gone now!
B2 might be a better visa for her than H4. But I am not sure.
