H1Visa Stamping - Urgent

I have a question regarding netpay mentioned on paystub.
Shouldn't the salary mentioned in LCA match with amount(net pay) mentioned in paystub (i.e Shouldn't it be equal or more to the salary mentioned on LCA). What if that amount mentioned in paystub is less??

My Concern::
I was working all year except that I took couple of vacations (1 month roughly) and I get part of my salary in perdiem. Right now till date my net pay mentioned on the pay stub is less than the amount mentioned on LCA. Will this be any problem when i go for stamping?? Please advise

As long as you have a letter from your employer saying you are still working for the company and they will continue to employ you when you are back in the USA then you will not have any problems. The salary issue will not be a problem for an H-1 stamping.

I did it recently only documents were DS-156, DS-157, Photograph, I-797 approval (original) and stamped self addressed envelope. They did not even want the employee letter but i had it just incase since you never know.
