H1Transfer Issue

I got my H1B transfer from one california based company.
Even after the approval my employer is not giving my I-797 form.
Two months back, he just given me Courtesy copy(I797-C).If i wanted to go for another h1b transfer is this courtesy copy and 3 pay stubs enough???

please help me.

I did an H-1B transfer with photocopies of I-797 and paystubs. Please note that the courtesy copy do not have the I-94 attached. Not sure how important this would be ...
