H1B1 valid dates are wrong in form I129

Hi,
Valid dates on my H1B1 is wrong with the new employer.It says it is valid from 03/25/2001-10/21/2004 instead of 10/22/2001 to 10/21/2004 as my new employer applied for my h-1 transfer in november and requested it to be valid from 10/22/2001 to 10/21/2004 in the LCA form(form ETA 9035)or it should atleast have the valid from date as 04/01/2002 which is when my case was approved.Can you tell me what I need to do to correct this.Can this be corrected soon as I am planning to go for my multiple visa soon.Does this effect my multiple visa if I don't correct it!!!!

U can file a h1 amendment

or request INS to correct this error. But I do not see any significant impact of this. If you are already with new employer you are covered.
Did you say the approval date was 4/2002? What were you doing for the past 4 months?
 
I am working through this company since 3rd december'01 after I got the receipt from INS on 28th November'01.My H-1 was approved on 1st April'02 but as I told you before my approval dates say:03/25/2001-10/21/2004 instead of 10/22/2001-10/21/2004 or 04/01/2002-10/21/2004.During 03/25/2001,I was working with other company whose h1b1 is valid till 09/30/2002.

My only concern is that I am planning to go to Mexico for my multiple visa and hopefully this will not cause any problems!!!Hope u understood what I am trying to say.

hey take it easy

A friend of mine had the same issue as yours and he got his H1B revalidated last months without any hassle. Quite simple. Relax buddy. :D
