H1B1 Missing Pay Stubs.

I received my first H1B1 in December of 2001 to work for Nike. This H1 visa is valid until August 10th 2004.

I accepted a job with Rebook on July 1st 2004. At this time, I began the procedure to transfer my H1B1 to Rebook. Do to the inhumane work conditions, I quite my job at Rebook on July 23 2004. At this point Rebook had not signed the transfer forms thus no paper work was filed with the INS.

On July 26th I went back to work at Nike and have run into a serious problem with renewing my H1 Visa. As you already know, The INS needs the three most recent months of pay stubs of the employer you are renewing with. Cleary I am missing one month's worth of Nike Pay Stubs due to my brief stint with Rebook in July. How do I renew my Nike visa without July's pay stubs?

------ IF you have worked with Rebook then your work with Rebook from July 1st 2004 to July 23 2004 was Unauthorized work, you were not supposed to work with them before getting H1 transfer filling receipt from USCIS. It means you worked illegally with them. discuss with your lawyer
