H1B1 issue

I received a H1B1 approval to work in a DC company in November 2001.
Since my status was valid until July 2004. I started to apply for the extension, but my petition was denied. Per request, I submitted sufficient
information to the Vermont Service Center for reconsidering my case. I received the notice that they have forwarded my case to the Administrative
Appeals Office in Washington, DC. I am hoping to know that someone has similar case and appeal in sucess. Please provide information and suggestions. Your kindness and great help are very much appreciated. I am looking forward to hearing from your reply.

More H1B1 Issues

Sorry this is not a reply, but more issues.

First, I understand H1B1 is specially for FTA countries-Singapore and Chile. It is different from normal H1B visa.

Is H1B1 holder allow to apply green card as normal H1B holder usually does? I know that H1B1 is a non-immigrant visa, holder must leave USA once job finished.

Can the spouse of H1B1 allowed to work in USA?

Thanks
Andrew

H1B1 visa benefits availabe to all the people irrespective the country of origin. Only Singapore and chile citizens get special quota of 5000 (reserved for them).
Is H1B1 holder allow to apply green card as normal H1B holder usually does? I know that H1B1 is a non-immigrant visa, holder must leave USA once job finished. H1b has dual intention ( work and get green card) not like B or F visa.
Can the spouse of H1B1 allowed to work in USA? NO, but she can get H1, if she qualifys. Minimum qualification is University 4 years degree
Thanks

Do you know the reason, why it was denied. ? Your mistakes or employer mistakes?
