Hi,
I came to this country on a student visa ,I have one more semister to complete ,mean while a company has given me offer for a job and ithe company is also filling for my H1 ,but mean while I have to go to india as i have an urgent work to do ,Will I have any problem when i get back

hey , you will be fine untill u have a valid I-20 and a valid passport , if you are still on F1 and your visa is valid , there is absolutely no problem , I went to india myself once during my last sem , and then when my OPT was to expire in 2 months , and everything was fine ,just have ur I-20 uptodate , if it has expired , you can get a new one from ur univ.
