H1B with remote work

My wife and I live in California. My wife works remotely for an employer located in Texas on H4 EAD. Can her employer apply for her H1B without us having to move to Texas. We came to know that H1B can be applied with 2 LCAs one of which can be a remote location (California in our case). Is this correct?

LCA's have provision to include 3 work locations. Your employer needs to decide based on work requirements which location can be primary, secondary and so so. H-1B's employee's home location can be included as remote work location if that is what the job calls for.
