I am working in Barbados and am eligible to get stamping at Barbados. My H1B has been approved and inthe approval notice it is mentioned as Mumbai consulate. So, can you tell me whether I can go for stamping at Barbados with the same approval notice.
Also, I come under chennai jurisdiction, and I already have rejection of J1 visa at chennai, so can you tell me whether I am eligible to go to mumbai for stamping if necessary.
