H1B was returned as quota was full. Options??

Hello,

My wife is on a H4 visa. We applied for her H1 visa, it reached USCIS on May26th and was returned by them today. Is there any way my wife can work here? I mean any other type of visa, like L1 or B1. Does she have any option or is it better that she waits for another year.

If she is eligible to L1, that is the best option. Otherwise, she should wait for next quota opening up.
