Hi guys,

Here are my details:

I-485, 130, 131, 765, 864, G325 sent on March 25
RD: March 28, 2008
ND: April 2, 2008
Notice Received: April 6, 2008
FP Appointment: April 25, 2008.

I have a question for you guys. I am planning on traveling to India in May. I am pretty sure I will not have my EAD and AP before that. Is it safe to leave the country and reenter using my stamped H1B?

Please advice.

Thanks folks.

Ritesh

As safe as using AP if the stamp in the passport is not expired

Also, you must show that you will continue working for the H-1B employer upon your return to the US. It helps to bring with you recent paystubs and, if possible, letter from H-1B employer that you will be traveling and upon return you will continue your employment with them.
