Hi is there any way to get an H1B visa without a sponser? I am on a opt f1 visa. I finished my schooling and am on my 1 year of opt and my employer does not do sponserships anymore due to some problems in the past. I have no family here in the states. Do i have to go back to India or is there another way to get the visa? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
