Both my husband and I have been offered jobs in the USA, the employee needs a married couple with very specific training and knowledge. Neither of us have degree's although I have a UK equivalent.
Will the lack of degree mean we won't be able to apply for a H1b visa?
We also will take our youngest son with us, he would like to work but also has no degree the embassy site mentions a form I-797A or B for dependents - what is this form, can't find any info on the immigration sites and will it allow him to work.
