Hi,
I am currently on a H1B Visa with Company A. I want to join Company B. I have $0 pay stubs from my current employer (Company A) for the last 2 months which I will send during the H1 transfer process.

Do you forsee any issues with the H1 Transfer process when I use the $0 pay stubs for Visa Transfer.

Cheers!

what does that mean ?

It means you are out of status. You have got to get paid every month otherwise you are not in status and cannot transfer your H1.

In your situation it would be better to submit the pay stubs which
you got before the $ 0 pay stubs.

There is a chance that the INS may not ask for your latest pay stubs.

If they are not satisfied with your curren status, you may get
an approval without the I-94 stub, which means you have to
travel to your home country to get the Visa stamp.

Try and see if Company A generates a pay stub with the salary.
