h1b visa transfer travel doubt??

Hi

Quick qn. My visa is currently in transfer process, was applied on Aug 15th at VSC.I plan to go for a Thanksgiving vacation to Europe , when I reenter, can I use my present company visa and come because I may not switch to new company till Jan.pls advise ASAP
