Can you apply for H1b visa transfer and extension at the same time....I mean to apply for both of them together?

-- What are the fee for - H1b transfer -------> regular processing ?
- H1b extension

How much time it takes for H1b visa stamping in home country?

Do you know when I'm eligible to apply for extension? how many months before the visa expires....is there a timelimit?....what is the earliest time to apply for extension?
