Will there be any problem getting a second H1b visa stamping from Canada on approved part-time H1B (28-30 hours/week)?
The applicant has a Master's degree from a US university. Got her first H1B stamping (3 year -full-time) from her home country. The applicant is finishing her PhD at the same US university.
She meets all the requirements of H1B and her salary has always matched her LCA.
Is there any rule that says - only full-time H1B can get H1B visa stamping?
