Has anyone who is in the same scenario as given below, been to US consulate in India recently for H1B visa and came back without any issues (i.e., in 2009 or 2010). Please let me know.
Employer: IT consulting firm
Client Location: Different from Employer's Location
Direct Vendor to Client? No. Client -> Vendor -> My Employer.
H1 status? Six years completed March 2010. Have 3 year extension until Feb 2013. When my H1 extension petition was applied, a new LCA was applied based on my current work location.
GC status: I-140 approved
US Master's Degree? Yes. But NOT computer science major.
