I`m planning to go to the US embassy for H1B visa stamping. I plan to travel to the US in September but my family will join me later in December 2008.
Now can i stamp my H1B VISA and then my wife can stamp hers(H4) and the Children`s in December 2008 when she plans to join me.
My kids`s passports have expired and they are being renewed plus some are writing final exams in November.
