H1B Visa Revalidation - Please advise

Hi,

My H1B visa stamp expires in July 2004. Please advise:

1. When can I send my passport for revalidation and stamping ? Can I send it any time within April 2004 ?

2. Where do I have to send my application ?

3. What are the documents that would be required for the revalidation ?

4. How long does this process take ?

Please advise on this situation. I would really appreciate your replies.

Do you have a idea when should one send the passport or how many months prior to the expiration date of the visa ??
