one of my relative had gone to chennai consulate for stamping yesterday, and they rejected his visa after verifying his educational qualification.
He is in BSc degree with PG diploma in computer applicaitons and also about 8-10 years of experience. Also he provided the educational evaluation document (which the company have done while filing the H1). They said that he is not eligible for VISA.
It seems they didn't ask anything but this.
Could someone tell me is there any way he can appear again as by law he is eligible since he has 8-10 years of experience with BSc degree. Please reply me back... that will really help him ... after lot of hardwork (company papers, photo, etc etc) he got the rejection.
