H1B visa more than 2 years remaining.

Hi Folks,

My H1B has more than 2 years remaining. I stayed in India for more than 3 years and now planning to come back to USA on H1B.
Am I eligible to file H1B anytime , as my previous H1B period is still available? Or should I wait until next year for new petitions to be filed?

---------------Are you sure US employer who filed H1 for you have not revoked your H1 petition by writing to USCIS?
