H1B Visa Extension

I am in US since Nov 1998. So the 6 year H1 period should be till Nov 2004. I went to India for about 4 months vacation( 4 different times - approx 1 month each time) in whole 6 year period(same H1). I was in B1 for 3 months from March 2000 to Jun 2000 in this whole 6 year period. So can you please tell me whether these vacations and B1s are counted in the 6 year or not? So the 6 year should be till Nov 2004?

You need to recapture 4 months vacation time. I sucessfully recaptured 2 1/2 months .Hire a good attorney. ABout B1 question sorry I don't know

--AND provide the lawyer all the pages of your passport pages with entry to US stamps and entry to your country stamps so that lawyer can point out the page# to understand the USCIS officer that you were out on date ABC and entred US on XYZ date, go to good lawyer and you will be able to recapture.
