H1b Visa At Consulate Query

Hi,
I am currently in 485. My H1b petition is good for a couple of months. My H1B visa has expired. If i wanted to go home and get married should i

a) Try to get a visa(for me and my spouse) at the consulate in india as it is taking 3 1/2 months to get visa revalidated here.
b)Extend my H1 with premium processing and then go to india to get visa(for me and my spouse).
c)Get visa revalidated in the US after H1B extension.

Best option 2. Revalidation is taking 6-9 months and there is no expidite processing.
