h1b visa approved plus letter....help

Has anybody with an approved H1B visa received any type of letter with the approval notice stating the opposite of the notice ? If yes please let me know. I really feel that I am the only one with this strange case
 
The question is not clear. Did you get the approval notice with CP case while denying transfer of status or adjustment of status case???
