Granting that CIS will adjudicate petitions for H1B starting April 1, does this mean that if I am on premium processing, I would have my NOA around May? And if I am given my NOA and schedule an interview at the US embassy, would I be given a VISA to travel to the US but don't start working until Oct.1?
