My 6 yrs are over and have my GC applied and have my 1 year H1B extension phase.
I got my Australian Permanent resident visa approved.
Is there a law saying that if you have the Permanent residentship of a different country then you cannot pursue any more in US ?
Can there be issues regarding this when i go back for H1B Visa stamping outside the country ?
Am i allowed to work from outside US(if my company permits) and get paid if my H1B Visa is declined since my I-797 is valid ?
