Its very urgent!!!
By mistake my HR sent a H1B cancellation for me instead of some other employee, They quickly understood there mistake and called USCIS support center and took the labor department address and sent a letter about reinstating my H1B.Within 5 days they sent the letter and a copy of my I-129.
Is there way we can get a confirmation ? How to check if my H1B is cancelled or not ?
Mean while they have run a pay roll as well, will there be a problem ?
Please help!! I need to correct this mistake ASAP!!
