Can anyone inform me about h1B validation after losing a job. Does it expires right away?
--- Visa stamp does not expire and employer cannot cancell the Visa stamp and I-94, employer CAN revoke the H1 petition by sending a letter to USCIS
or is there any time limit.
My h1b will expire in 2007, but I lost my job in March 05, how long can I search for a new job without losing my legal status?
