!!! H1B validation issue !!!

Hi all

My Employer X filed for my H1b extension before it got expired last Aug 03. Case is still pending for approval and decision.

Employer Y , recently filed a H1b transfer (with employer X's documents) and even this case is pending.

- What happens if employer X withdraws my case which is still pending.
- Will I be out of status?
- will H1B transfer with employer Y will be issued fresh I94?

If the case is withdrawn you will be out of status. Dont know whether USCIS will issue approval with i94 - most probably a RFE.
