H1B Urgent: My lawyer or Company's lawyer?

Guys,

Can you help me which lawyer will I choose to process my H1B?

What will be the advantage/disadvantage of using the company's lawyer?

I don't know yet, if the company's lawyer had expertise in sponsoring. I will be the first employee they will sponsor.

Company already emailed me to use my lawyer but I really wanted to email them explaining the advantage of using the company's lawyer.

I just wanted to know which is which will give my application a better chance to be approve.

If you choose your own attoney interaction will be easy, otherwise each and every time you have to go through your company to speak to attorney.
Rajiv Khanna will be your best choice.

Thank you guys for the info's.
Company asked me which lawyer will I use.
Since I will be going back to my home country for the H1B interview, I will have the chance to discuss with my lawyer the details about that interview.
My stay is valid here till June.
