H1B under Singapore-USA FTA?

hi.

I am a Singapore citizen and I know there are around 4,300 H1B quota under SG-USA FTA per yr.

If i apply under this scheme, will that speed up the process .
or will that be better compared to other nationals who apply H1B under the quote of 65,000 per yr in total.?
 
If you are Singapore Citizen, you will be definitely getting your H1B approval under reserved quota. If you apply after October 2006 the quota be consumed by general category.
