H1B under Premium Processing
My friend has entered USA on F1 visa in early June. She has got job now and want to change from F1 to H1. She came here fo taking summer classes, but she could not register for classes as they were already overbooked. Anyway, summer was optional. Now her Fall semester has been started. She has not still register for classes as they are full. Adviser has asked her to wait for 2 weeks to see if she can enroll for classes. In such situation if she apply for F1 to H1 under premium processing will there be any possibility of query from INS.
