I plan to visit my sister who is student in SUNY buffalo and bring her and some friends to Canada for few days, probably Toronto through driving.
I knew about the procedures canada visa and i don;t think there will be problem to go there as long as they approve my visitor canada visa, what i'm curious is when we drive back from Toronto back to Buffalo NY border:
I'm currently working in a company here so i'm holding valid H1B visa (got it from my country, expire in Sept 2010), all my I 94 and I 797A have the same expire date of Sept 2010, my passport is till 2013.
I'm just curious based on current condition, how the immigration officers will check your status, do i need to bring all my stuff like proof of employment pay stubs, letter from employer, or even my old student I20 and visas?????
All i need to know to what extend they will need us to prove our legal status documents????? do i need to bring everything i got???? The last time i travel is went back to my country for the visa, so i hav all my documents i hav......
