H1B Transfer

Want to transfer to a new company. Have H1B. When lawyer sends off paperwork when can I start working for new company ? How longs does it usually take after the lawyer sends paperwork in ? Can I speed the process up at all ?

once your lawyer submits your application, and has the reciept of mailing

my lawyer told that you can start, once ins have your application.
i.e when you send the papers to ins, approximately 2 days from that

So once you get or your lawyer gets the Fed Ex receipt back... you can in theory start working for them... can your application still be rejected ? or is the normal that it is accepted...

i dont think any h1 is rejected.. which has valid documentation

if you have all the documents, and your company has all documents, then h1 wont be rejected.. all they ask is for more evidence or more informational documents.. as long as you are able to provide those.. no chances of rejection
