H1B transfer

Hi All,
I am in delimma.
Couple of weeks back I have applied for H1 transfer from company A to company B and I have got my file number. Company B doesn't have any project for me and have no intention to pay me even if I am on bench.
I got an offer from company C. Can I still do the transfer from company A to company C as my paystubs from company A are couple of weeks old while paperwork of transfer to company B is still in process at INS.
I will appreciate any feedback from you.

You can try

You can file multiple H1 transfers.
But read the previous posts of experiences about this kind of double h1 transfers.
