Please help me with the following situation

Right now I am working with company A on h1b. I got an offer from another company who is going to file for h1b transfer in a few days with a start date of 16th march.

My wife got h4b visa (stamped) but she has not been to US yet because of my uncertain situation. I am in a position that I cannot defer h1b transfer. Can she still come in US with her h4b visa or is it prudent to wait till I get a new pay stub from my new employer and get her h4b visa again.

Another question is, will there be any problem (like extension later) if she comes in her current h4b visa before I start with the new company ie 16th march.

-----------------join new employer after your Petition reach USCIS or get H1 transfer filing reciept.

--------------------- when your H1 transfer gets approved then she can come to US. if she has valid H4 visa through previous employer and still valid then send her your H1 transfer approval notice and at POE she will show valid H4 visa stamp AND your H1 transfer approval notice and will get I-94 till your H1 transfer approval notice. Your H1 transfer approval may take 3-5 months. if file premium processing then you may get approval in 20-25 days from filing date.

----------------if she comes before 16 march then no problem. she will get I-94 till her H4 visa validity stamp. once she reach US then file her H4 extension BEFORE her I-94 gets expired.
